Description

In the legend in order to have the numbers all line up we need to be able to specify the format for the numbers in the range.

I don't think the alignment issue would be solved by just this feature. The numbers still wouldn't line up unless they're aligned to the right. They also still may not line up if more than one number is given in a line of text. For example:

0.00 to 50.00
50.00 to 100.00
100.00 to 150.00

versus

   0.00 to 50.00
 50.00 to 100.00
100.00 to 150.00

versus

  0.00 to 50.00
 50.00 to 100.00
100.00 to 150.00
