Description

Suggested function signature:

evaluateExpression(scopeObjectPath:Array, expression:String, variables:Object = null, libraries:Array = null):*

User can specify null as the scopeObjectPath if they do not need a 'this' object

If libraries are null, static compiler can be used. If not null, a new compiler must be used. The libraries should be specified as qualified class names (strings).
