FROM NNIP: Please save the date for our next NNIP Partners Meeting. It will be held June 19th-21st, 2013 in Columbus! More details will follow soon when the hotel arrangements are confirmed.

Do we want to schedule an OIC day on June 18 like we did in Providence? Add your thoughts:

Kansas City - This makes sense on the face of it. However, you may recall that NNIP had decide on one annual meeting, and we budgeted accordingly. If there's a fall meeting as well, we'll have to decide which one to attend. However, never say never.

Each group presents their work for 15-20 Minutes, responding to a set of common questions, e.g.:
  • Brief overview and demo of the work
  • What innovations/neat features have you incorporated that might be of interest to others?
  • What challenges have you faced?
  • What Weave development priorities have emerged?
  • What opportunities for cross-site work in development or substantive data projects have you identified?

Recorder will records common points and themes across sites as we go along to develop lists of innovations, challenges, Weave feature requests, and possible cross-site projects

    • Working on best practices for sharing data across sites, will probably know more about performance and issues by the time sept. comes around because of a prototype we are working on with a local county GIS in Michigan

    • Improving the look of charts and other tools… basically a customization to make them look more polished.
